A field guide.
Not the official project.
CodeWalkerMod helps FiveM creators learn the mapping workflow while keeping the original tools, authors and documentation in view.
Credit belongs to the creator
CodeWalker is created by dexyfex. Its original GitHub repository and GTA5-Mods release page are the primary project references. This website does not claim authorship, endorsement or official support.
How the guides are written
CodeWalker controls and core file-format descriptions are grounded in the author’s README and supplied release description. MLO and FiveM material expands that basis using the linked Sollumz and Cfx.re documentation. Every article includes its references.
Exercises, original example names, diagrams and test plans are educational material. They are not extracted game assets or claims that a particular resource has passed in-game testing. Interface labels and export routes can vary by tool version.
Downloads and versions
The direct archive link points to the specific v30_dev46 file supplied for this site. It is not presented as the newest development build. No executables, game archives or repacked tool downloads are hosted here.
What this site is not
This is not an official CodeWalker, Rockstar Games or Cfx.re service. It is not a replacement for the author’s support channels, your source backups, permission to use third-party assets, or testing on the intended game edition.
Keep the source close
When an old guide and a version-specific primary document disagree, investigate the version difference before changing a working project. Record the toolchain and the behavior you actually observed.
